Jordan brings years of tech experience from his role on Luke Air Force Base’s IT Support Team, where he specialized in all core Desktop Support functions and served 5,000 Base employees.
During that time, Jordan successfully redesigned the stale ticket workflow and implemented a process of grouping like tickets together to simplify assignments and achieve faster resolution. The new process cut ticket resolution time by 30%.
Jordan enjoys giving back to his community and has served on the Luke Air Force Base Honor Guard and volunteered for Special Olympics and St. Mary’s Foodbank. His hobbies include hiking, running and video games.
