Karen Williams

Karen has been such an asset to the SBI family of companies over the last 17+ years. Her extensive experience in customer service allows her to successfully manage a staff of account managers, procurement employees, and customer service representatives. She’s also responsible for purchasing, inventory, and reporting. She has worked in nearly every department, so she has a wealth of knowledge regarding the business.

Karen loves spending time with her husband, grandchildren, and 3 dogs. She’s quite the crafter; she enjoys making quilts and has just learned to make dolls for her granddaughters.
